Sealed bids are invited for the Tippah County Hospital Parking located at 1005 City Avenue, North, Ripley, MS 38663. Bids must be submitted under the name of the bidder to whom contract documents have been issued and whose name appears on the official list of plan holders. Bid security in the form of a bid bond amounting to 5% of the base bid is required. Offers must be submitted on the provided bid form and may be supplemented as appropriate by State of Mississippi Public Bid Laws. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible, and best qualified bidder. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and postpone action or final decision for up to sixty days. Any bids over $50,000 must comply with the Mississippi Contractors Act of 1985, requiring a Certificate of Responsibility from the State Board of Contractors. The prime bidders certificate number must be placed on the outside of the sealed envelope, and subcontractors requiring certificates must be listed, including their certificate number, on the subcontractor list with the bid.
