Sealed bids are requested for the construction of a Weight Room Facility at Pine Grove High School in the South Tippah School District, Ripley, Mississippi. Bid documents will be available in both paper and electronic formats through registration at the specified website. Bids can be submitted either in a sealed form or electronically via the provided website. Proposals must include proposal security in the form of a Certified Check or acceptable Bid Bond equal to at least five percent (5%) of the base bid. The successful bidder must provide a one hundred percent (100%) Performance-Payment Bond from an authorized surety within ten days of notification of contract award. All bids for public works exceeding fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) must display the contractor's current certificate number on the exterior of the bid envelope or as an attachment for electronic bids.
