The purpose of this solicitation is for Georgetown County School District (GCSD) to solicit offers from qualified vendors to provide a replacement electronic message center display, specifically a Watchfire 8mm color LED display for MCE marquee board in accordance with all requirements stated herein. Delivery / performance location - purchase order: after award, all deliveries shall be made and all services provided To the location specified by the gcsd school/location in its purchase order Provide one double face 2'-5" H x 7'-2 1/2 W replacement LED display for existing cabinet; same location on sign structure Remove existing LED electronic message center Manufacture new framework and filler for new LED electronic message center Electronic Message Center (EMC) will be Watchfire 8MM color LED display with matrix of approx. 72 c 252 and cabinet size of approx. 2'-5" H x 7'-2 1/2 W x 5' deep each. Verizon Broadband provided by Watchfire for life of sign Software and training included and installed on customer supplied computer Unit requires 120- volt, 20-amp single phase service supplied (by GCSD) The Procurement Office reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and to waive any or all technicalities.
