Site work for a power facility in Edinburgh, Indiana. Working plans call for site work for a power facility.
This project was cancelled due to revised budgetary, operational, & technical constraints for the project, all switchgear building bids were rejected. Bids for the necessary labor, supervision, material, equipment, and delivery for one (1 ) switchgear building (Switchgear Building,) plus optional equipment to be installed at its project known as Edinburgh Industrial Park Substation. Project consists of constructing a new 69kV-12.5kV wye distribution substation. Switchgear building and associated equipment shall be furnished by Bidder with target delivery by Tuesday, December 01, 2026. A kick off meeting between Owner, Successful Bidder, and Engineer shall be scheduled after notification of intent to award. Bids shall conform to the requirements stated in the Advertisement for Bids and Instructions to Bidders. At Owners option, Successful Bidder might be required to furnish a performance bond for 100% of the bid price. Successful Bidder shall furnish certificates of insurance. Question Deadline 11/07/2025 - Technical and bid questions shall be submitted in writing to Engineer. Owner reserves the right to amend the specifications and modify the delivery schedule as necessary. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor irregularities in bidding and bid specifications.
