IEHP-iRFB-25-006494 Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP), a local public entity of the State of California, is seeking bids through this informal Request for Bids (iRFB) for the IEHP 9500 Building South Directional Sign Replacement Project located at 9500 Cleveland Avenue, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. This is a request for an informal bid to perform repairs on an internally illuminated vehicle directional monument sign located at the South side parking lot entrance of its facility located at 9500 Cleveland Avenue, Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The scope of work includes replacing both sign faces. Please note the sign is positioned along the Bentley Street curb-side. 1) IEHP is seeking a licensed contractor to perform the following: A. Develop and submit drawings, materials, and color samples to IEHP's ProjectManager for approval prior to fabrication. B. Fabricate new sign faces to match existing. C. Remove and dispose of existing aluminum faces. D. Furnish and install two (2) new aluminum sign panels. 2) Aeriel Photo of Location: 9500 Cleveland Avenue, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730 (red circle below indicates sign location on Bentley Street) Question Deadline 09/29/2025 at 2:00 PM PT Submission of Questions online.
