During the tender period, the Project Manager will organise an information visit at the main entrance of the IUCPQ, located at 2725 Chemin Sainte-Foy, Quebec City, on 2 October 2025 at 6:45 a.m. The meeting point will be inside, opposite the information desk. During these visits, representatives of the Project Manager will answer questions from bidders. All bidders, contractors and subcontractors will be considered to have visited the site, and no claims for lack of knowledge of the site will be submitted or accepted.
