With this request for qualifications ("RFQ"), the City of El Paso de Robles ("City") is requesting statement of qualifications ("SOQ") from qualified design-builders ("Proposer") to provide progressive design-build services for the South Vine Bridge Construction Project ("Project"). The purpose of the SOQ is to demonstrate the qualifications, experience, competence and capacity of the Proposer to design and construct the Project described in this RFQ. The successful Proposer will be expected to execute the progressive design-build contract ("Contract") included with this RFQ. Any capitalized term herein not defined, shall have the meaning set forth in the General Conditions of the Contract. This Project is for the design and construction of the South Vine Street Bridge at Highway 46 West, estimated to cost approximately $7,000,000.
