o Construction of a new 0.24 million gallons per day (MGD) Average Dry Weather Flow (ADWF) Packaged Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) Treatment Facility with equalization and screening; o Construction of a Packaged Sludge Dewatering Facilities; o Construction of the Influent Pump Station and new Inlet from Pond 1; o Electrical Service Upgrades; o Installation of a Standby Generator; o Instrumentation and Controls, SCADA; o Construction of an Effluent Pump Station and Distribution System; o Sewer Force Main Flow Bypassing; o Testing and Commissioning; o Yard Piping, Structural Concrete Slabs, and general Site Improvements. The Project has an expected duration of 545 days. Question Deadline 11/12/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
