Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Cross City, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 7,294-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility.
This project consists of the construction of a 7,294 SF steel frame building and associated fixtures and equipment as shown in the construction plans. Also included is site development, consisting of but not limited to grading and drainage, asphalt pavement, concrete flat work, concrete curbing and sidewalks, underground utilities, stormwater retention and final dressing and grassing. Bidders using partial sets of documents are fully responsible for any errors or omissions made due to not reviewing the entire set of construction documents. Question Deadline 10/21/2025 at 5:00 PM ET All questions must be submitted in writing to the engineers office prior to the deadline for receiving questions.
