Site work for a water / sewer project in Cross City, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Licensed contractors are invited to submit sealed bids for the Production Well #3 Replacement Project. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for new yard piping, public water supply well construction, public water supply well abandonment, installation of an existing vertical pump, testing, miscellaneous concrete work, permitting, all related sitework, and all related electrical and instrumentation. The contract will be awarded based on a total lump sum amount. Contractors are encouraged to visit the project area prior to bidding and are responsible for taking measurements and evaluating existing infrastructure. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check, or bank money order amounting to 5 percent of the Bid Sum Price. The bid bond may not be withdrawn for thirty (30) days after the scheduled opening time. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 000200 Instruction to Bidders. QA date - 3-10- 2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted via email to Engineer in writing at hwb@wetengineering.net. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
