Description

Site work for a fire / police facility in Cross City, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility.

The purpose of the project is to complete grout injection to fill subsurface voids in the soil, to prepare the area for the construction of a new evidence building at the Dixie County Jail in Cross City, FL. The project consists of the injection of a 28-day, 1000 lb/in2 grout mix through primary and secondary injection pipes installed at 10-ft (primary injection) and 5-ft (secondary injection) spaced grid patterns to 15 ft beyond the center of the confirmed anomaly in all directions. The contractor shall submit a detailed installation program for the geotechnical engineer review prior to mobilization. Bidders using partial sets of documents are fully responsible for any errors or omissions made due to not reviewing the entire set of construction documents.
