Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check Payable to the Order of the Benton Pud for a Sum Not Less Than 5% of the Amount of the Bid, With a Corporate Surety Licensed to Do Business in the State of Washington the Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Surety or Performance Bond for 100% of the Contract Price.
