Site work for a water / sewer project in Kennewick, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
**As of October 24, 2025, this project bid date and time was extended till OCTOBER 28, 2025.** The work includes constructing an approximately 9,155 linear foot long, 20-inch diameter Class 50 Ductile Iron drinking water transmission pipeline. The project scope encompasses, but is not limited to, the installation of valves, piping by open-cut method, crossing of a Kennewick Irrigation District (KID) canal, connections to existing water distribution piping, and all work required in accordance with the contract documents. All bid proposals must include a surety bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all bids.
