Renovation of a municipal facility in Kennewick, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility; and one-story above grade municipal facility.
The work includes a City Hall Feasibility Study, Civic Campus Master Planning, and an Existing City Hall Renovation Analysis. The study will assess staffing needs, building size and configuration, design concepts, site requirements, construction costs, and timelines to determine optimal specifications for a new City Hall. The consultant will create a comprehensive master plan covering placement, expansion, parking, landscaping, accessibility, connectivity, and integration with existing facilities. The consultant will also analyze the feasibility of full modernization including system replacements and ADA upgrades or minimal improvements for essential repairs to extend usability for approximately five years. Instructions note that full notice and details are available on the City of Kennewick's designated webpage, and all addenda or bidder questions will be posted through Public Purchase. The City reserves the right to amend, withdraw, waive informalities, or reject any or all RFPs. All questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Phone calls will be accepted only for bona fide questions. Introductory or other non-substantive conversations by phone will not be accepted. The City, at its sole discretion, may choose not to respond to questions submitted after the stated deadline.
