**As of January 7th, 2026, the project was awarded to Riverline Power , with an awarded amount of $999,976.69.** Sealed bids are requested for the Sunheaven #3 Transmission Line Construction Project. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to Benton PUD, Procurement Department, PO Box 6270, 1500 S. Ely, Kennewick, Washington 99337, and clearly marked with Bid #25-21-27, Sunheaven #3 Transmission Line Construction. Each bid must include a Bid Bond, certified or cashier's check payable to Benton PUD for a sum not less than 5% of the bid amount, with a corporate Surety licensed in Washington. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Surety or Performance Bond for 100% of the contract price.
