The 2025 Miscellaneous Water / Storm Project includes a series of small-scale water and storm drainage improvements at five separate locations throughout the City of Kennewick. The project's purpose is to replace aging or failing infrastructure, improve stormwater collection and conveyance, and restore pavement and landscaping disturbed by construction. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Kennewick. The City of Kennewick reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Engineer's Estimate: $450,000 to $500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
