Reference Number 0000303554 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/10/08 04:00:00 PM PDT Yukon Energy Corporation is soliciting Bids for the Supply and Delivery of Four (4) new Steel Poles Yukon Energy Corporation (YEC) is refurbishing the L178 138kV transmission line near the Yukon River crossing, adjacent to structure L178-1758. To mitigate the risk and maintain structural integrity due to the ongoing erosion along the riverbank, both the L178 transmission line and the adjacent L356 25kV distribution line will be relocated. Both L178 and L356 lines will be shifted eastward, perpendicular to the riverbank, increasing the closest structure's offset from the river to approximately 40m. The scope of the refurbishment includes: Two (2) medium angle double deadend steel poles for Line L178 Two (2) medium angle steel poles for Line L356 Specifications (Appendix 2) and engineering drawings (Appendix 3 a/b) govern the steel pole design and fabrication requirement for the steel pole structures supplied by the manufacturer. Pricing Lump sum Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
