Hillsborough County Public Schools ("HCPS") issues this competitive solicitation ("solicitation"), per Rule 6A-1.012, F.A.C., to announce that HCPS is accepting proposals from all qualified firms or individuals interested in providing the commodities and contractual services as described herein. The proposer must demonstrate by their qualifications, experience, availability, approach, and work plan that they will best serve the overall needs of HCPS. The proposals should be submitted in a format commensurate with the sections in this solicitation. This solicitation will be evaluated by HCPS as stated herein. HCPS reserves the right to waive any formalities, to reject any or all proposals, or to readvertise proposals for these services. HCPS may withdraw all or part of this solicitation at any time to protect HCPS' interests. The proposers are asked to be thorough yet concise in their proposals. Failure to respond in the manner prescribed herein may be grounds for disqualification or loss of awarded points. Scope of Work: HCPS is seeking Bids from experienced and qualified vendors interested in providing the goods and services referenced herein. The provision of the goods and services herein include, but not limited to, roof related drain services and the provision of all related labor, materials, supervision, equipment, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the requests in accordance with the specifications herein. This section identifies HCPS' desired goods and services and levels of performance. The Bidder shall indicate a response to all service requirements and specifications contained herein. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE THE SCHOOL BOARD OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON. The Hillsborough County Public Schools reserves the right to retain all bids/proposals for a period of forty-five (45) days and to reject any and all bids/proposals and to waive any informalities and/or irregularities thereof.
