Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Lebanon, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Scope of Work: Building Permit fees are not applicable to this Project. Awarded Firm is still required to apply for Permit. Project is Tax Exempt. Davis Bacon Act Wage Scales are applicable. Current Rates included in Specifications. Bidder shall have a current License from the State of CT Dept. of Consumer Protection. Insurance Certificate (Town of Lebanon Certificate Holder) shall be submitted with Bid. a. General Liability: $1,000,000 per Occurrence b. Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 per Occurrence c. Workers Compensation: Per State Standards Town of Lebanon retains the right to award the Contract to the low, qualified and responsible firm. Town of Lebanon Ct is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Submission of Monthly Wage Scale Certificates of Tradesman are a component of this Contract. Project completion by: December 15, 2025 Submit all questions by 10/3/25 jim russo/j r russo, llc.
