All of the work of this Contract is located in rights-of-way, easements, on property owned by the Owner, or property where approval or permit has been granted by the property owner. A. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services and incidentals to complete all work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings. B. The Contractor shall perform the work complete, in place, and ready for continuous service, and shall include repairs, testing, permits, cleanup, replacements and restoration, including restoration of vegetative cover required as a result of damages caused during this construction. C. All materials, equipment, skills, tools and labor which are reasonably and properly inferable and necessary for the proper completion of the work in a substantial manner and in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these Specifications or Drawings shall be furnished and installed by the Contractor without additional compensation, whether specifically indicated in the Contract Documents or not. D. The Contractor shall comply with all county, city, state, federal, and other codes which are applicable to the proposed constructions work. Question Deadline 10/15/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Project No. B-11666 The project consists of cleaning gravity sewer lines and conducting CCTV inspection of gravity sewer lines. Bids will be received for a single prime contract and should be based on a lump sum and unit price as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the instructions to bidders.
