Description

Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Fairton, New Jersey. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.

Request for proposals for Architectural/Engineering Services for ADA Compliance Improvements at the Township Convenience Center/Transfer Station. The project involves modifications to the existing convenience/transfer center facility to establish a second lane of traffic to facilitate usage by handicapped persons, senior citizens and disabled veterans in compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act. The Township is seeking services including design, preparation of bid specifications, permitting/approvals (if necessary), assistance with bidding, construction administration, inspection services and closeout documents. Proposals must address successful provision of A/E services for similar projects, ability to provide comprehensive scope of services, ability to complete the project by June 30, 2027, and proposed cost of services including current staffing hourly rates. Respondents must submit one original and seven copies of their proposal. Minority and women business enterprises (MBE and WBE) and Section 3 business concerns are encouraged to respond. All costs related to preparation of the proposal shall be borne by the proposer.
