ALT 'A' BID ITEM A2 - CONCRETE SIDEWALK, 4" THICK 740 S.Y All work must be completed by July 1st, 2026. A Bid Security is required in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, not to exceed $20,000.00, in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cashiers check, made payable to the City of Summit. The Common Council reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals, waive any minor defects, and consider bids for sixty (60) days after their receipt pursuant to the Local Public Contracts Law All bids shall be addressed to PURCHASING AGENT, CITY OF SUMMIT, 512 SPRINGFIELD AVENUE, SUMMIT, NJ 07901.
