Sealed bids are requested for the construction of the South Fork Tenmile Creek Obstruction Removal Project. The contract includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all materials, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary to remove an existing concrete bridge in the South Fork Tenmile Creek at lat./long. 39.924/-80.078, approximately 1500 feet northwest of the intersection of Route 188 and Denny Hill Road in Jefferson Township. Bids must be submitted on the provided forms, unconditionally, and all bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the project site. Bids must clearly be marked for the project and as 'Sealed Bid.' Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates apply, and compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations is required. The award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, with the right reserved to reject any and all bids or waive informalities.
