Demolition for a residential development in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development.

The work is for the demolition and removal of a condemned structure, known as Tax Parcel #0711-1 14-T, located at 320 Flower Street, Waynesburg, PA 15370, within Franklin Township, Greene County, Pennsylvania. Bids must be submitted in triplicate and must include a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid. Bid proposals must follow criteria set by the Frcanklin Township Supervisors. Instructions for bid submission can be obtained by contacting the Zoning/Codes Enforcement Officer. Franklin Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The Contractor must notify Franklin Township (724-627-5473) for routine inspections according to the International Property Maintenance Code. Call Township for scheduled inspections. The Township of Franklin, Greene County is seeking quotes from qualified firms for the total demolition of a township structure and removal of all materials from a site in Franklin Township, Greene County, known as Tax Parcel #0716-219-T (983 4th Avenue, Waynesburg, PA 15370). The following services are required for the demolition of the township structure located on the property known as Tax Parcel #0716-219-T along 4th Avenue (T.R. 836) in Franklin Township, Greene County, Pennsylvania. Also, all site work will be supervised by a representative of the Franklin Township Supervisors. The required services are as follows: 1. Notify all utilities that the structure will be demolished, so they can be shut off. All existing utilities must be secured. 2. Notify adjoining landowners at least one (1) week prior to demolition. This is done by a written notice. 3. Obtain receipts showing proof that the demolished materials will be taken to a properly licensed facility. 4. All material including foundation walls and concrete floor must be removed from the foundation prior to back filling. 5. The foundation must be back filled with clean fill and compacted in twelve (12") inch lifts to a 90% compaction rate. 6. The site must be graded to the original contours of the surrounding land. 7. All disturbed areas must be reseeded and stabilized in accordance with the requirements of the Greene County Conservation District. 8. The property must be totally free of any type of rubbish and/or debris after completion of the project. 9. The Contractor must certify that all asbestos and lead has been removed from the structure and provide receipts showing proof of the proper disposal, (see enclosed PADEP Fact Sheets)
