Sealed bids are invited for Contract No. 1/2026, Wisecarver Recreation Area Phase 2 Development Project in Franklin Township, Greene County. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Greene County. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Wisecarver Recreation Area. The project is funded in whole or part by a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority. Compliance with the Community Conservation Partnerships Program guidelines is required. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates must be paid. Requests to withdraw a proposal must be received no later than the day before the bid opening date. Greene County reserves the right to award or reject any or all portions of proposals and to waive informalities in the bidding process if in the best interest of the department.
