Remodeling of a multi-residential development in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the remodel of a multi-residential development.
As of March 10, 2026, the project is not yet awarded. The Greene County Housing Authority (GCHA) invites sealed bids from qualified painting contractors for interior painting, wall preparation, and repair work on vacant GCHA units. The contract term is three years with an option for a two-year renewal at the discretion of the GCHA Board of Commissioners. Work will be assigned on an as needed basis. Award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder meeting all IFB requirements. GCHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids if deemed in the public interest. Sealed bids must be received by 2:00 PM on the stated deadline. Bids submitted on forms other than the official IFB documents will be rejected. Bid envelopes must be clearly marked as specified. Section 3 residents, including Section 8 voucher holders and other low or very low-income individuals, are encouraged to apply.
