Site work and new construction of a stadium in Glen Rock, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the construction of a 720-square-foot, one-story above grade stadium.

The scope includes the replacement of the existing pressbox and structure with a new 4 bay pressbox featuring a roof deck and canopy. Modifications to existing bleachers are required to accommodate a larger footprint and provide accessibility. The project will involve site modifications and additional structural requirements as specified in the contract documents. Bids will be received for a lump sum price for the entire project, covering all trades. Bids must use forms prepared by the architect and be sealed as specified. No modifications to the Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Supplemental Conditions, or Specifications are permitted, except by addenda. Bids proposing modifications to requirements will be rejected as non-responsive. Questions will only be considered up until the stated inquiry deadline in the Instructions to Bidders. Pre-qualification requirements: Bidders must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) in one of the following categories: (C008) General Construction or (C009) General Construction/Alterations/Additions. Bidders or their subcontractors must be prequalified for the following classifications: (C019) Concrete/Foundation Footings/Masonry Work, (C029) Structural Steel and Ornamental Iron, (C047) Electrical. Bidders and subcontractors for each major branch of work must submit a Certificate of Prequalification/Classification and an Affidavit as to the Total Amount of Uncompleted Contracts. All bidders and listed subcontractors must comply with the Public Works Contractor Registration Act and possess current certification from the Division of Wage and Hour Compliance at bid submission. A Business Registration Certificate is required prior to contract award. Affidavits ensuring the bidder is not on any debarred, suspended, or disqualified lists must be submitted. Bid security and a Certificate of Consent of Surety are required as specified.
