The authorized representative of the Pre-Qualified Contractor shall provide their contact information upon request of a project bid package. Review and approval of new pre-qualification packages by the Office typically takes 10-12 calendar days, depending upon applicant's responsiveness. Contact Name & Title; Mailing/Shipping & Email Address; Office, Mobile, and Fax Number Proposals will not be considered unless accompanied by Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid and a certified statement from a bonding company stating that it will furnish necessary performance and payment bonds in the amount of the contract in accordance with N.J.S.A. 2A:44-147 inclusive, with sureties satisfactory to the State of New Jersey. All questions regarding the Project are to be submitted by prospective Bidders through online no later than 4:00 PM on October 2, 2025. All questions will be addressed by 4:00PM on Wednesday October 8, 2025 by the Office. The Office will only answer questions received from an authorized representative of the Pre-Qualified Contractor submitted through online. The Department of Environmental Protection reserves the right to waive any minor informality in a bid or to reject any or all bids pursuant to law. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
