The project is generally described as the demolition of the Coleman Bridge Toll Plaza on US 17 north of Coleman Bridge in Gloucester Point, Virginia. The general scope of work will include but is not limited to the demolition and removal of the toll plaza and subsequent rehabilitation of the remaining tunnel and adjacent administration building exterior. The work will also be executed while allowing free-flow movement of vehicular traffic through the existing toll plaza.
