Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.

As of December 18, 2025 Project has been awarded to Watchers, Inc for $163,882.41 Replace the existing multimedia system with a new Digital over IP multimedia system. Only quotes/bids received from Qualified Contractors will be considered. All conditions and requirements for quote/bid submission, consideration, and award including SBE requirements and bonding requirements are contained in the Invitation for Quote/Bid, which may be obtained by email or through the County's online Vendor Self-Service (VSS) system. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Main County Courthouse for all bidders intending to bid this work. Qualification is required and contractors must submit a Qualification Application at least 10 days before the quote/bid due date in order for their quote/bid to be considered. Palm Beach County reserves the right to waive bid irregularities, informalities, or technical deficiencies, and to reject any and all quotes/bids. Question Deadline 11/06/2025 Questions must be e-mailed to FDO-CID-Bids@pbc.gov at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid due date.
