The Town of Palm Beach, Florida is inviting prequalified firms to submit competitive bids for the A-5 submersible pump station conversion. This solicitation is available solely to the Town's list of prequalified pump station vendors, prequalified via the Town of Palm Beach RFQ No. 2022-06. Bids must be submitted online through Euna Procurement, the Town's eProcurement platform. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to award or not award a contract based on this bid proposal. Prices quoted must remain valid for 180 days from the close of the bid. Questions related to the solicitation must be submitted through the software platform using the Messages/Vendor Discussion feature. Pre-qualification requirements: Firms must be prequalified via the Town of Palm Beach RFQ No. 2022-06 and included on the Town's list of prequalified pump station vendors.
