It is intended to provide a contractual mechanism for Palm Beach County to obtain Design-Build professional engineering and construction services within the scope of the practice of architecture, engineering, land surveying, preconstruction, construction management and construction as defined by the laws of the State of Florida including evaluation, piloting, design, permitting, staff assistance, DesignBuild and services during construction for the Water Treatment Plant No. 8 Membrane Expansion Progressive Design-Build (Project). It is anticipated that a single Agreement will be issued for Phase I (Pre-construction Services) and amended for Phase 2 (Construction Services) Project per the requirements of the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) Florida Statutes 287.055 The project budget for all services is estimated to be $200,000,000 to $250,000,000.
