Description

Site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in West Palm Beach, Florida. Working plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Progressive Design-Build; construction of a 30 MGD membrane plant at WTP 2, plant expansion and hardening, pre-treatment systems, membrane building, chemical systems, clearwell, air scrubbers, ground storage tanks, pumping systems and building, electrical and instrumentation and control, wellfield expansion and raw water main installation. TIMELINE: As of September 11, 2026, a Design-Build team has been selected and preliminary design is underway. Two separate bid packages are expected to be issued in March and July of 2027. Although a firm timeline cannot be currently established, construction is not expected to commence prior to first quarter of 2027.
