Renovation of a medical facility in Sykesville, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade medical facility.
The Maryland Department of Health, Springfield Hospital Center is seeking a contractor to replace the feedwater tank and two circulation pumps at the Nurses Home building on the campus. All work must be performed in accordance with the most current IPC standards and all federal, state, county, and local codes and recognized work practices. Attendance at the pre-bid conference and site visit is not mandatory, but all interested parties are encouraged to attend to facilitate better preparation of bids. Prime contractors are highly recommended to bring intended subcontractors to ensure all parties understand the contract requirements. MBE subcontractors are encouraged to attend to market participation to potential prime contractors.
