The Maryland Department of Health, Springfield Hospital Center (SHC) is seeking the services of a contractor to install a Ductless Split Heat Pump system, to include one (1) outdoor condenser unit and three (3) indoor wall-mounted evaporator units at the Central Kitchen building on SHC's campus. All work will be performed in accordance with the most current HVAC, IPC standards and in accordance with all federal, state, county, and local codes and recognized work practices.
