Renovation of a municipal facility in Hackettstown, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.

The work involves removing and replacing certain windows on several municipally-owned properties. All awards will be based on a lump sum basis. Bidders must make an appointment with the Department of Public Works Supervisor to view and measure each window. Bids must be prepared and submitted as specified, including a sealed envelope, a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond for at least ten percent of the total bid (not to exceed $20,000). Required documents include the Bid Form, Bid Bond, Company Information Sheet, Non-Collusion Affidavit, List of Subcontractors, Certificate of Experience, Contractor's References, Contractor Business Registration, Public Works Contractor Registration, Affirmative Action Data, Disclosure of Investment Activities in Iran, Certification of Non-Involvement in Prohibited Activities in Russia or Belarus, Consent of Surety, Addenda (if applicable), and Bidder's Check List. Work under this contract will require compliance with New Jersey statutes regarding antidiscrimination and prevailing wage laws and the exclusive use of domestic materials.
