This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Hackettstown, New Jersey. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The work consists of furnishing and delivering approximately 580 US wet tons of Aluminum Sulfate solution per year, with each delivery being 20 to 25 US wet tons, approximately one delivery every two weeks. Alternatively, bidders may propose to furnish and deliver approximately 75,000 gallons per year of flocculent grade Polyaluminum Chloride Solution, with each delivery being 4200 to 4500 gallons, approximately one delivery per month, for a term of one or two years beginning May 1, 2026. The Authority intends to award a bid for one product, determined by price and quantity utilization. Bids must be made on the designated Proposal form and submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the bidder's name and project name. Each bid proposal must include a duly executed Non-Collusion Affidavit. The accepted bidder must sign the Contract within ten days after the Notice of Award. The Board reserves the right to select the contract term that best serves the public interest, to reject any or all bids, or to waive insubstantial irregularities as permitted by law. Bids may be held for up to sixty days for review prior to awarding the contract. Bidders must comply with non-discrimination and public disclosure requirements and be registered with the State of New Jersey Department of Labor. A New Jersey Business Registration Certificate must be submitted with the bid.
