City of Forrest City has receiveda grant from the Delta RegionalAuthority for a drainage improvements project. City of Forrest City is interestedin acquiring the services of an engineering firm or individual to provide services for theabove-referenced project. Procedures for selection of an individual/firm will be in accordance with the State of Arkansasprocurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated interms of specialized experienceand technical competence; performance; capacity and capabilityof the firm/individual to performwork; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with therespondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluationprocess. Interested parties are invited to secure a Request for Qualifications package from East Arkansas Planning & Development District by emailing Sara Stocker atsstocker@eapdd.com.
