The project consists of the manufacture and delivery of Aerobic Granular Sludge Biological Treatment Process equipment for inclusion as an allowance in a general construction contract. Equipment "Vendor" or "Manufacturer" as "Seller" shall be required to furnish equipment as specified herein to the awardee of the general contract ("Buyer") at the bid price submitted. The equipment shall provide biological treatment system using Aerobic Granular Sludge as approved by the State of Vermont, Agency of Natural Resources, Department of Environmental Conservation, Water Investment Division. A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the total Bid submitted must accompany the Bid. Failure to submit such with the Bid will render the Bidder non-responsive, and the Bid will not be read.
