Replacement of the sleepers and fishplates from PM. 2.6 to PM. 8.6 of the M&O subdivision. The project is located within the EXO railway right-of-way and will be carried out over a distance of approximately 9.65 kilometers. TIMELINE: The owner is currently Requesting proposals from engineering professional consulting firms to complete preliminary studies, conceptual design, preliminary plans and working drawings preparation and construction work monitoring. Reference number: 20096302. Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-10-14. Award by packages is not planned. Proposals submitted electronically are accepted via the SEAO, with two documents. Please note that Addenda # 1 to # 5 to this RFP have been issued: the time limit for the reception of proposals previously set for November 27, 2025 is now set for November 31, 2025.
