The City of Albany is requesting bids from contractors to provide water and wastewater treatment chemicals over a three-year term, beginning January 1, 2026, with an option to extend the contract(s) for up to two additional one-year terms. The City intends to award a contract to one or more contractors based on the lowest bid per chemical. Bidders are responsible for regularly checking the specified website for addenda, clarifications, or notifications. Bid responses must be submitted electronically with the project name “ITB# 250915, Water and Wastewater Treatment Chemicals” in the subject line. Bids received after the closing date and time will not be opened or reviewed. The City may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements and may reject any or all bids when in the best interest of the City. Last date to submit questions: October 14, 2025, at 12:00 p.m.
