Sealed Proposals for “Ajax Terrace Wastewater Treatment Plant Chemicals Light Density Soda Ash, Grade 100, Sulfur Dioxide, Polyaluminum Chloride and Sodium Hypochlorite” will be received by the Township of Roxbury. Proposals shall be made on the forms provided and made part of the Contract Documents, which shall be submitted intact. A certified check or cashier's check made payable to the order of the Township of Roxbury, or a duly executed Bid Bond, in the amount of 10 percent of each bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 must be deposited by the Bidder. Bidders must comply with New Jersey State Statutes: P.L. 1975, C.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) Affirmative Action Program; P.L. 1977, C. 33 Statement of Ownership; N.J.S.A. 40A:11-18 American Goods and Products to be Used Where Possible; P.L. 2004, Chapter 57 Business Registration of Public Contractors; Non-collusion Affidavit; Qualifications Statements. Proposals must be placed in sealed envelopes and delivered to the Township of Roxbury Finance Department with the proposal description and the name and address of the Bidder marked clearly on the outside of the envelope. The Township of Roxbury reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the proposal received and to accept the proposal which is in the best interest of the Township.
