This project's base bid and any awarded alternates (as applicable) must be substantially complete by the date(s) outlined in paragraph D below. This includes all testing, construction/restoration work, removal, and proper disposal of old material, final clean-up and submission of final closeout documentation. It shall be understood that the surrounding buildings and property will be partially occupied and utilized during the period of this construction. No spaces or buildings will be without heat, ventilation, power, or other services without the prior approval of the Board of Education. The building involved in this project is on a public school site, and will be occupied with staff and students most times except during summer recess, when occupancy and use of buildings is significantly reduced.
