Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Scotch Plains, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Furnish and install forty (40) casement units or sixteen (20) pairs of casement units. Add Alternates #1 replace an additional 28 (14) pairs of operable casement windows. Add alternate #2 replace and additional 46 (28 pairs) of operable casement windows The work will consist of the following components: 1. Remove existing casement windows flanking a center-fixed picture window and replace with new thermally broken aluminum outswing casement windows. 2. Window Type: Aluminum commercial-rated, thermally broken, casement window with crank handle operation and lever lock. Screens are to be provided for all units.
