BCSD is issuing a formal request for qualified professional firms to provide roof and building envelope design services, along with construction administration, for a variety of school facility projects. These may include: • Roof replacements • Renovations • Roof repairs • Capital improvements • Deferred maintenance activities Contracted services may include full roof design, leak investigations, roof and envelope surveys, consultation for new construction, and construction administration for ongoing roof repair and replacement efforts. BCSD seeks consultants with demonstrated expertise in roofing and building envelope systems to: • Evaluate existing building envelope conditions, including but not limited to: roof, wall, window, door, and drainage systems (Gutters). • Design repair and replacement solutions • Act on behalf of the Owner to review other consultants’ documents and installations • Provide services for new and existing buildings and construction projects, as requested. Such as designs, inspections, and construction administration services. Qualified firms are invited to submit credentials and experience packages.
