Renovation of an educational facility in Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Summary Provide Cold Room Refrigeration Equipment (Clinical Sciences Building): Vendor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment and materials to remove and replace existing cold room refrigeration equipment. All work shall be performed during normal work hours. Work shall include as follows: 1. To Remove The Existing Evaporator And Water Cooled Condenser From Atop And Inside Cold Room 919 2. To Install New Refrigeration Equipment That Is Capable Of Maintaining 4C +/- 1C. Install New Line set To The New Evaporator And Condenser 3. Relocate Condenser From Atop The Cold Room To New Designated Location To Sit On A Fabricated Stand Down From Its Current Location 4. To Connect Drain On New Evaporator To Existing Drain Line 5. To Connect All Associated Electrical And Controls To New Evaporator And Condenser(Make High And Low Voltage Connections) 6. To Pressure Test The Refrigerant Circuits, Pull A Vacuum To 500 Microns, And Charge Units To Specification And Check For Proper Operations 7. Owner Shall Do Any Ceiling Removal Required
