Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.

The work includes flooring installation services on an on-call basis. Services encompass all phases of flooring installation, including but not limited to demolition and removal of existing floor coverings, providing all necessary materials, installation of new floor coverings, haul-away and disposal of existing floor coverings, and any relevant services in the process. Work will be performed in residential units and common areas, including high-rise buildings, multifamily communities, and single/multifamily residences within city limits. The work is considered public works and is subject to applicable wage schedules and regulations. The work for each contract will be further described in Detailed Scopes of Work for each Work Order, with the contractor required to complete each for the Work Order Price and within the specified time. Bidders must review all documents and submit any questions, comments, concerns, or objections in writing by the specified deadline. Sealed bids must be submitted electronically by the deadline and in accordance with specified submission procedures; bids received late or submitted via fax/hand delivery will not be considered. The contractor is guaranteed a minimum contract value, with an estimated annual value for the project provided.
