Renovation of a fire / police facility in Elizabethtown, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,788-square-foot fire / police facility.
The Epoxy Installation for the Firehouse Garage Floor. The scope of work is as follows: 1. Removal of 100 percent of any existing coating and diamond grind concrete. 2. Epoxy mortar patch deep holes and damage on surface and patch cracks and other imperfections 3. Apply epoxy base coat with full sand broadcast 4. Sweep and vacuum excess sand 5. Apply tined epoxy grout coat with full sand broadcast 6. Apply tinted epoxy grout coat 7. Apply tinted urethane topcoat 8. Apply white parking stripes in each garage bay Warranty -Covers fading, peeling, cracking, blistering and bond failure for a period of 10 years from installation date. This job should be completed within ninety days of award. Please include a resume with references and experience with your proposal. The Elizabethtown Fire District is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to install an epoxy floor at the Elizabethtown Fire House Garage located at 22 Woodruff Lane in Elizabethtown. The total square footage is 3,788 feet. At least five years of experience with comparable jobs is required.
