DSA PROJECT NO. 04-123350, 18048 Southwestern Community College District will accept sealed bids for the Transit Center project. Bids must be submitted electronically and will be opened at the specified date and time. Bid documents are available at no cost online. Contractors are responsible for obtaining all bid documents and monitoring for addenda. All contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations to perform public work, and must comply with prevailing wage requirements as determined by the Department of Industrial Relations. Project compliance monitoring and enforcement will occur. The project is also subject to the Community Benefits Agreement adopted by the District, and minority, women, and disabled veteran contractors are encouraged to participate. Contractors must hold specific license classifications (A, B, or C7, C-8, C-10, C-12, C-27, C-50, C-51). Bidders not licensed at the time of bid opening will be rejected. Attendance at the mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is required to be eligible to submit a bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid for ninety days following the bid opening.
