The project is expected to be awarded on December 1st, 2025.** The City is seeking services from a well-qualified firm or firms to provide all services related to procuring a five-year, multi-agency regulatory permit (General Citywide Creek Maintenance Permit) that will allow the City to operate a general maintenance program for multiple locations in the City's creeks and channels in accordance with a Creek Maintenance Plan, which is also to be prepared by the consultant. Additionally, the City wishes to permit a specific maintenance project separately (16th Avenue Channel) and seeks to expedite this through the regulatory permitting process. The permit should provide for recurring maintenance activities, including vegetation management, sediment and debris removal, and other minor routine maintenance and repair work at several locations, and allow for minor maintenance activities at additional locations as needs arise. Services will include obtaining all applicable maintenance agreements and permits from regulatory agencies, preparing supporting documents, conducting field services (including site surveys and environmental/biological evaluations), and supporting the City in regulatory engagement and outreach.
